Big Business Suck!

Looks like another case of big business bureaucracy at its finest. [Consumerist]

Customer service at big companies has never been so aggravating, frustrating and, most of all, apathetic. They have your money already and they don’t care that you’re not getting the service you paid for and deserve. Sometimes, it takes some internet wide publicity before they’ll take notice. I hope this site will provide that kick in the ass that most big businesses seem to need before they’ll do the right thing.
